We were in Hot Springs mostly to visit the National Park but it was wonderful to come back to this place at the end of the day. "My family and friends came down with us for the weekend and we reserved both houses on the property. Both houses were amazing. I enjoy the Cottage house a little more simply because the deck next to the water was fantastic. Both houses fully set up with everything. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"I had a wonderful stay at this property! There was plenty of areas to walk my dog, and it was directly across the street from Sam’s Pizza which was great for the first night after driving! It was never more than 15-20 min to get to downtown hot springs which was perfect!"

"The home was comfortable and updated in a peaceful country setting with ponds and pastures to explore. We only stayed overnight so didn't have that opportunity. Maybe another time. The host was great had provided pretty much anything that was needed. There was a great little country store that had a little of everything if you forgot something. The host has done a lot to bring the family home place back to life. I know she will keep adding more wonderful updates to the place."

"We stayed as a group of four adults at this cute cottage. We absolutely loved it! The views of the lake from the screened porch were beautiful! We also really appreciated the hosts. They allowed us to check in a little early and gave us great recommendations for the area. Our only concern was four adults having to share one bathroom, but the layout really made it a workable situation. The kitchen is also well appointed with everything you need to cook a meal.
