"Stayed 3 nights. The ac was broken and not working. We were unable to change rooms due to it being overbooked. Walked into our room and there were dirty towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedding. Room was never cleaned. They only removed some of the towels daily, but never all of them. The entire property was severely dusty, threadbare carpets. Definitely not worth the money. Will never stay there again. Horrible experience."

"There is No Swimming Pool There is No Hot Tub. The listing on Expedia is wrong! The woman at the front desk (Sherri) was helpful, but she stated Expedia hasn't removed the pool/hot tub information....Expedia said it was the fault of the hotel. I was traveling from out of state with my 3 kids and a pool is almost a requirement for us. So when we were surprised to learn that there isn't a pool, it was a big situation. It was a struggle to get a refund or for Expedia to find an alternative room...which the room was clean and had the rare/hard to find pull out couch. Just be aware that the Expedia posting is wrong....there is NO POOL"
