"I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure."

"A great launching pad to all of your (1-2 person) adventures in downtown Fort Collins and beyond! Very walkable and beautiful neighborhood just on the edge of great dining and entertainment options. Seamless check in process and communicative host. Only thing of note is late risers may not like this property as much as I found it got quite a lot of natural light in the morning, even with the shades drawn. This was fine for me personally, just know some people like it to be dark."
