There is a lovely rooftop bar/restaurant. Dinner was delicious and the view was wonderful! The front desk will help you with any of your needs. Please note that if you have difficulty with stairs ask for a 1st floor room. "

"Our first time in Venice and we couldn’t find many options but Hyatt is a great hotel we had used before in other countries. Murano is very accessible using the Vaporetto, that we bought for $25 or so per person for 24 hrs. Hotel very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast is not included but same thing you can access anywhere, so, for us, special treatment as a guest, was a most and convenient to start moving around."
