“It is a small hotel. Reminds me of a mom and pop type of place. Family owned. Very friendly. Had a smaller room facing the pool, but very comfortable. No noisy lake some other hotels.”

“Everything was perfect for my granddaughter of the age of not quite 2. Her first beach trip. Toes in the sand and memories of a lifetime.”

“When you arrive you have to pay a cleaning fee for 50 dollars I mean in total for one night you are paying 200 dollars!, I mean in another place you pay without problem these 200 and I assure you that you will be much better, the photos are a hoax nothing to see when you arrive, the place smells musty and IF THERE ARE COCKROACHES!! The kitchen looks like a toy and the remote control didn't work the batteries”

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“Great place to stay”

“We showed up to check in and the lady didnt even get up to greet us she yelled from another room what we needed i said we are here to check in? and then she finally got up. Parking is terrible and rooms are super run down and dirty, lots of mold. Litter all over the place outside. We stayed 4 nights and never once took our shoes off inside because the carpets are so filthy your feet are black after a few minutes and it just felt so grimey. Bed was hard as a rock and you could feel every spring.……
