“The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.”

“The hotel is beautiful, from the street and the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed, bedding, and pillows were super comfy. The staff (Alma, at the front desk) was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. We felt welcomed from the moment we crossed the door. The rooftop is also beautiful. It's clean and comfortable, and has a great view. Our room had an ocean view, which is technically accurate, and although you can see it from the bed, you are actually seeing it from……

“The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. ”

“We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos. ”

“Beautiful condo on quiet street next to shopping and dining. 24 hours front desk one street over was very helpful with information. The beach is about 10 minutes easy walk. ”

“Over all a wonderfull stay i had the luxurious grand master suite with jaccuzi tub was mostly clean only thing that wasnt clean was the air filters for the ac units they dont look like they have been changed in years. The food was exelent didnt have any issues with what i ordered how ever i feel like they need to add a resturaunt service for mondays as theres only 1 dinner option. Rooftop was amazing staff were very attentive and remembered my drink after only 1 day and when the clouds roll up……

“The King Bed room was spacious, with plenty of closet/drawer/hooks/surfaces/below-surface space to unpack and store our luggage. Modern and clean, with reliable hot water and a nice shower. Brand new building, very conveniently located a few blocks away from Quinta Ave action, yet quiet. Has a safe in unit and included parking. Very comfortable for 2 people. The included breakfast was good (cereals, toasts, pastries, eggs, veggies, frijoles, yogourt/granola bar, fresh juices, chilaquiles……
