“In the middle of all Playa del Carmen has to offer. Close to Quinta Avenida, the beach, and many restaurants. Chedraui store very close for groceries, coffee and pastries. The host is on site, very friendly, and always available. Property is very secure and provides parking. The only downside is that the music from the club at Be Playa across the street was loud on some nights.”

“The property is not close to the main section of town. You have to take a taxi there. We lost power for almost a whole day. They had no emergency power so we couldn't even take a shower. Value wise is Ok just know that its not close to main business district and if power is lost there is no emergency power.

“There was a big miscommunication with how to gain entry into the condo. It was almost an hour before I gained access. I would look into getting a new shower head and have someone check behind the cleaners. I was washing my dishes and noticed the counter had not been cleaned from when someone spilled coffee so I cleaned that up my self. Everything was ok once I got a direct number to host. ”
