“The resort is beautiful. I felt like we were put so far back and almost “away” from it all. The resort was not full (I asked) and we were in the furthest building on site to stay. Navigating is a LONG walk or a golf cart ride. This should be specified. Pool gave a campground/community pool feel. The staff was so amazing and kind, that cannot be overlooked.”

“Rooms were great. There we tried out the tennis courts walked along trails. They have bike trails but you need to rent the bikes from a third party. Pools are good we prefer the one by the spa it’s typically quieter. Spa is a bit pricey but the facials are definitely worth it. They also have a gym, sauna, steam room, and an indoor hot tub. The staff that takes you around the resort in a golf cart is always friendly and helpful. The stay was great I only thing we missed out on was golfing.……

“The property itself has charm, but a few issues really impacted our stay. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our……
