They charged us pricey pet fee for bring our dog, then retained our security deposit when we checked out, stating that they found hair in the apartment. What? Dogs have hair in nature. We followed their guidelines not having our dog jump onto any beds and furniture. We brought our own dog bed and our dog slept there. Our dog did not have any accident, did not break anything, did not bark……
