"The location was really close to the places I wanted to see while I was in town. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. The restaurant connected to hote was really good and convenient before we had to drive back to airport. Even though i didn’t want to pay for $60 valet, it was really easy when I needed the car to take a drive. I also didn’t like the rooms windows, seems they are single pane and you get a lot of outdoor noise at night. "
"The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus.
The hot water in the shower could be hotter.
I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. "
"Best Western-Grant Park and the most friendly staff on call most of the times. I did interact with one or two not so friendly members. But everyone else helpful and sweet which out weighed the others
"
"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit rough around the edges but serves its purpose. The only issue is the windows are single panes so at night you can hear the trains quite loudly as they pass by every 10 minutes or so. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay."

"The Valet Parking was extremely quick and the Attendant was very courteous and professional. When we called down two days later the car was ready and waiting for us.
Check-in was quick and easy and adding our Hilton Honors was not a problem at all.
The 4th floor suite was comfortable, modern, and perfect for three people and the included breakfast buffet was just what we wanted.
We didn't try the onsite restaurant as we were out about town but there are also restaurants within a block of the front lobby, including a Subway right around the corner.
The Mezzanine/courtyard where breakfast was served was spacious with adequate tables/seating, at least when we were there."
