Nice and clean. Central location, very close to public transportation. The area (Leicester square) is very crowded and noisy
Perfect hotel for center London - clean, quiet, comfortable and great staff. Will definitely be back to London and stay here.
This property main asset is its location. I have stayed here many times.
Pros: Great location and very walkable to all the major attractions. Good value for the price. Huge bathroom with a very large bath tub. Free video on demand. Close to all sorts of bars and restaurants. We pretty much walked everywhere. Cons: Can be a loud at night as its located right in the heart ...
Very clean, central to EVERYTHING, modern, very friendly and helpful staff (including concierge), spacious room.
This is a beautifullll hotel. On the outside as well as inside. The rooms are a bit small, though that’s expected in Europe. Otherwise I was very please with my stay. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. It’s on a great street and many things are in walking distance.
Great location, rooms were spacious with vaulted ceilings
Staffs are friendly and room is clean and functional. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is the location of outlet - they are not close to the mirror which made it impossible to look at the mirror while blow drying or curling the hair.
Everybody was very courteous and professional, I loved my stay and the sauna and steam room were a fantastic addition.
