Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly) She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over.

The only minimal issue is that it is a good 10 min drive to the hotel from the town. You can walk but it will take a good 20-30 mins depending on how slow you walk. The rest of the stay was amazing! You are greeted with a refreshing drink, and are given an intensive walk through of the property. The rooms have amazing views all throughout. All staff members treat you very well and are as helpful as anyone can be. The restaurant has a great feel right by the pool and the menu was small but everything on their was delicious. I highly recommend staying here. Whether it's a family vacation or a couples getaway you will want to return again.

If you don’t have a car is very inconvenient to get around. It has a lot of plants and trees and perhaps this is the reason got bitten my whole leg either by fleas or some some sort of insects

Pili was Exceptional at her job.. This is a newer property, which has only been open for about six months, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by how well everyone performed their tasks. The property was well kept. I forgot the man who served us every day at the restaurant, but he was baldhead Overall, a peaceful stay in the middle of the jungle if there was only one complaint, it would be the road leading up to the property extremely rocky dirt Road, which was a little unpleasant, but once you get to property, you forget all about it

Loved the hotels overall design and its integration in the jungle. Rooms and service including communication even via WhatsApp was excellent. The staff was also super friendly. Only the way to hotel was a bit challenging because it was not paved yet, but we knew this before. Would definitely come again!

The staff at Siwa were incredible, so helpful and accommodating. It is such a beautiful space. The spa, the pools, the fitness spaces, the rooms and dining areas, all of it!! Definitely would go back.

Their staff was generally very kind, but they were constantly out of food and didn't let us know at check-in that there would be a day or two without food at the hotel due to the New Years celebration they were hosting. It caused us to go out of the property on very busy days to find groceries. It was extremely inconvenient as we booked our stay at the hotel to just relax and sit by the pool. The front desk staff also spoke a lot of the whatsapp text chain, but would rarely respond when we needed assistance. The room was quite nice. The pools in front of the rooms are mostly for decoration. Overall very expensive for what you get.

Unique Jungle Villa Stay, highly recommend
This was the most unique stay I have ever been to. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is always there to help. The pools, yoga, spa, gym, bar, restaurant are all amazing. I hope to come stay here again. Our room was huge with two bedrooms, cleaned daily and no issues. Only downside was the mirrors in the bathroom were a bit high to see in. The hotel also provides free water bottles which was very helpful. We had all the supplies in our place to cook, grocery stores were not too far away.

Siwa was so amazing, it made our trip to Tulum so great. We were a group of 4 girls and had the best stay. The location is close to the center and super close to the beach. The property is so beautiful in the jungle with the various pools and the amazingly spacious villas. We wished we stayed here longer and would definitely reccomend anyone to stay here. We used the free shuttle to the beach many times and Siwa helped us with our restaurant reservations. The staff is so attentive, they helped us with so much, especially Danny and Dayanara. Siwa has bike rentals which was useful. The bar is also great for morning coffees and late night drinks. It is a beautiful picturesque escape in the jungle
