“There was an empty space where the fridge was supposed to be in my room, but no fridge. As I was staying here for a race, this was important to me as I brought food and drinks for myself… so this was a big detriment to my stay. They also ran out of pillows and after saying they would bring my room extra blankets to replace for the lack of pillows… they never did so.”
