Beautiful clean and spacious swim up suite Room service menu options and delivery time could be better. It took room service to deliver our food over 1 hour minimum. Overall this is a wonderful huge resort. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is AMAZING! Alfonso attends to your every need! Jonathon at the pool bar is so fun! Eloise in the spa gives the absolute BEST massages! All of the restaurants are top notch. We loved staying at Catalonia Royal Tulum. Our second stay in 10 months!!!
