“Room and bathrooms are pretty old. I saw mold in the bathroom. They try to keep it clean. Staff are very friendly. Food is ok in the tropical, but in the Caribbean, food is excellent. My kids love the pool with the slide. Overall the hotel is ok. ”

“Initially had a swim out room on the seaside suite side of the resort. If you don’t want to constantly hear loud music and screaming 24/7 I would highly recommend booking on the palm side of the resort. It is a night and day difference and so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for! All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, the palm side of the resort is a lot nicer and more of the restaurants are on that side as well as access to all pools. “Highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to mega-resorts. Property size made it easy to navigate, especially if travelling with friends. Food options were all tasty, pool & room service reasonably speedy. Nice rooms. A couple notes for your booking consideration, if you're oceanfront but lower floor, your ocean view may be obstructed by trees. “Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”
