“I loved the amenities. Con’s restaurant too far away, hotel needs golf cart for transportation more shuttles maybe even scooters. That will help a lot .”

“It was frustrating to get a drink at the Swim bar every day we were there. There was not very many people to help get us a drink. The food at the buffet was OK but the restaurants when you make reservation was really good. When we first checked in, they were confused because we booked at this hotel but they had us at their sister company so that was a little frustrating. The beds were amazing and the air-conditioning was terrific and a lot of staff were really nice though.”

“We recently stayed at Barceló Maya Beach and had a good overall experience. The beach is had seaweed but we walked over to the colonial beach and it was much better, the grounds are well maintained, and there are plenty of activities for children. What really stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Selene at the breakfast buffet, who always greeted us with a smile and made our mornings enjoyable. Ileny at the pool provided outstanding service and was incredibly attentive……
