“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“El hotel esta muy bien en relación a su costo, muy limpio, habitaciones con todo lo necesario y en muy buenas condiciones. Solo el Aire acondicionado no se podría ajustar a una temperatura un poco mas baja pero si funcionaba. La habitación tiene una vista muy bonita hacia al mar y se podían observar la llegada de cruzeros. El área de la playa esta muy bien y tiene baños muy cerca asi como servicios de comida.”

“Everythignnwas great! Be aware that the beach thugh is swimable and water was warm on the last couple of days there was quite of bot of seaweed. Though the staff was trying really hard to keep cleaning it up. Food was good. One thing I was diappointed was pizza and coffee. I am not sure how pizza;s were never done. They were baked on top and pretty raw at the bottom. Thank God for the capucinno and expresso at the bar that made up for the coffee. Overall very happy with this respor definitely……
