“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“This was a smaller resort than I have stayed before. That made the service so much better! The staff were all pleasant and attentive. Everything was always clean. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool and water. It was really easy to get reservations to any of the restaurants. We tried them all and kept going back to The Mexican restaurant. We had our favorite waiter, Rafael! We tried the spa services too! One of the best massages we had. And excellent body scrub. They also……

“The property is awesome! Only complaint, they changed up the atmosphere and menu for the Italiano restaurant and the food there was awful. No salad and bread bar as before and food was not even close to being Italian 😔 Otherwise we love this place. This was our 8th time there!!”
