“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Overall had a good experience staying here but my room was so far from the restaurants and was a great deal of walking. It was hard to get a drink at the swim up bar but they do an incredible job at cleaning up and keeping things in order. Very friendly and helpful staff. I did not like that there was not more fans or AC in areas of the hotel. It made it almost unbearable at times. I also think that there should be more maps around the hotel to help you navigate it and I found some shortcuts……

“I went to this resort in February and fell in love so much that I planned my best friend bachelorette here to come back this past June and was very disappointed the resort is beautiful but from what staff told me the hotel was bought out and they closed down all the food options we loved the adults club lunch Gone the Fogo de chao Gone the taco spot menu Changed the steak house los lirios menu Changed the Italian buffet sucked the only good spot that stayed the same was the hibachi restaurant……
