Paid upgrade for beach walkout at very end of building construction going on indoors and outside building new gazebo - buffet food horrible - everything had after taste to it. There is NO BEACH and NO WHITE SAND - rocks everywhere and dirty brown water couldn’t even swim in so called beach - pictures on this website totally different. People used free beach access next to us and stayed up all night long on beach. Didn’t sleep due to kids running around and yelling.……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The pool is wonderful!!! Clean rooms!!! Staff 👎 when you go to the buffet is a lot of “managers?? they don’t notice that you there no hello no eye contact lack or smile no interaction with guests. My husband ask for 3 strawberries and the guys denied because he needs the strawberries to make shakes. At the pool they offer drinks very rare if you are in the pool you need to go and get your own drink. The resort is great but the stuff needs a lot of customer service. ”

“The pools were great for the kids, with plenty of options from quieter spaces and more active areas. The beach was nice, but there was a lot of seagrass. We were still able to swim. The guest services staff of Melisa, Mar, Majo, and Zyanya made us feel like VIP's for the entire trip. They would check in with us daily to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. Certainly worth booking this hotel through Expedia.”
