“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t love was that the shower is not separated by a wall. it’s in the room, so there really isn’t much privacy. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t bad, just average but there was plenty of it. Overall we had a great stay”

“Overall an okay stay. They had some restaurants and amenities closed. We make a reservation for the Mexican one and it was closed but come to find out you just needed to go to another restaurant for that menu. The concierge didn’t tell us that though. Rooftop pool was closed. No balcony chairs even though it was said that was included in our room. No true beach access. It’s a small portion with rocks. It was pretty empty which was kinda nice at times. Charges for room service but we couldn’t go……
