“I have mixed feelings about our stay. The location was great - quiet, safe, and close enough that we didn't feel like we were missing anything. Many popular areas were within walking distance, and the price was reasonable. We booked a king deluxe room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were placed in a double queen because no king rooms were available. Since I'm a bigger guy, this started the stay on a disappointing note. We chose not to make a big deal of it, especially after the front desk……

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
