“Hotel was great. Curious why the checked out folio from the hotel was significantly less expensive the price I was charged by Expedia. ”

“The water was cloudy both hot and cold. Maybe explain why and that it is safe ”

“Property details said there was a hot tub, but there was not one. Very old TV that was not ‘smart’”

“On line check in process was not great. People were friendly and being so new, we’re still learning the computer software.”

“Overall it was a good hotel for the price I paid. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast had a lot of options. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe having some more allergy friendly options. One problem I had was that the bathroom and closet shared a door, which is fine but the real issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. There was a like 2-3 inch gap. Also the hair products were empty and there was an odd residue around the shower. ”

“The hot tub was not hot and was gross. Room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel smells like cigarettes. You can see skin flakes in the water in the hot tub. Door lock didn’t work and was expected to leave it unlocked when we left, maintenance guy promised to “look over it” ”

“Room was very clean. It was off season so we were not in the main hotel. We were put in the Coveside. No view of the ocean at all. No instructions for the coffee pot, Nespresso, ended up with water all over the counter. Vague instruction for the TV, couldn't get live sports games.”

“I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,……

“We did not use or see the laundry facilities. There were many areas under some type of repair, including loose floor tiles and carpeting. The pool/hot-tub area was pretty beat down and not functioning properly, the changing/restroom was out of order also so there was no privacy in changing or removing clothing, so you either had to scurry through the entire hotel in swimwear or hope you didn’t offend anyone by stripping off in the corner.
