"The walls are thin, I could hear the neighboring visitors very clearly. Especially their kids! 12-2 am and then 8-10 am the kids were screaming and running around, jumping and hollering. I am a mother but never have I experienced a hotel allow this to happen so late at night. The receptionist also is not welcoming at all and is never at the
front desk."

"Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. Stay would have improved if elevator was working. It was out of order for our whole 4 night stay. The hotel could also use some new towels."

"Staff at the desk was friendly, helpful, efficient, and accommodating. Room appeared clean, but I was a bit put off by very poorly made beds. I’m not completely convinced the sheets had been changed, but appeared clean and was made, but very rumpled. There was no coverlet, which is ok, the bed just seemed unfinished. Cleanliness is honestly an unknown. In need of some maintenance as tub faucet drips unless you really crank to turn it off. Some chipped paint, but mostly ok."

"Staff were helpful and nice. Bed was so comfy and soft. The bathroom was so clean. The continental breakfast was more than I expected and was IHop comparable. So many options for a well balanced breakfast. I am so glad I chose this hotel for my overnight stay. Will stay again."
