All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset.”
