"Hotel was nice. Need better signage. Marcus the bartender by the pool was amazing, friendliest worker there, entertained the entire pool. The lobby was dark, rooms were clean, paid extra for the balcony and no chairs out there. They should put mini fridges in the room. Overall pleasant"

"Room was clean and nice size. Bar and lobby staff were very friendly. Parking situation was frustrating - only valet is available and the process was very inconvenient. Not enough room to stop to give valet information on a narrow street and then had to use a mobile website to register and call car. Just seemed unnecessary and could be streamlined."

"The hotel is fine. Nothing special other than the great location, but it served its purpose. The front desk and reception area give a bad impression (a bit tired-looking, messy desks, etc.), but the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a lovely view of the square, the louder side of building. I barely heard the club opposite it. If you’re a light sleeper, choose the other side. The bathroom was bright, clean and modern, though the shower was small and got water all over the bathroom floor each time I used it. I don’t think they have breakfast, but you’re surrounded by restaurants. Parking was an offensive $50/day valet. Park in a public garage instead. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great either."

"Hotel Bardo exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. The pool area is absolutely stunning, with a relaxing resort atmosphere, comfortable seating, and excellent service that made it hard to leave. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a wonderful experience. Their hospitality truly set this hotel apart. The restaurants were outstanding, offering delicious food, creative menus, and excellent service. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The amenities throughout the hotel are top-notch and thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. We appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the property. The location is another major highlight. Many of Savannah's best restaurants, shops, historic sites, and attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city without needing a car. Hotel Bardo perfectly combines luxury, comfort, exceptional dining, and outstanding service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah. A true five-star experience from start to finish! 🌟"
