“Where do I begin? We arrived very early and asked if early check‑in was possible. We were told yes, but there was a $75 fee, which was definitely a sticker shock. We decided to pay it. Check‑in itself was flawless and completely issue‑free. Before going any further, I want to mention that about 95% of the staff were beyond amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. I will address the remaining 5% later. The room was nice, but not worth the price charged. You are essentially paying for location……

“I loved my stay but wished there was a fridge in the room. Everything was great. From the nicest check-in with Jamie to my checkout. When I used the text feature to ask for additional towels and the towels were at my room in less than 30 minutes. I was able to use the gym to workout like I wanted and had a great and comfortable stay. I would stay here again. ”

“Well we was put in a room with no outside view room 609 but the front desk kindly changed our room with a outside view and was very kind to us with the process.we prefer a microwave in the room but with one downstairs it’s was helpful.we loved our stay and if we ever get back to Atlanta this would be our stay.”
