“It’s the little things like empty shampoo and body wash in the shower that are irritating. They were completely empty on the first shower. It’s even more inconvenient to have to call the front desk and tell them to please refill them. So I just dealt with it. Is this something that should be done as the room is being prepared for the guest?”
