“A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out.”

“I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. ”

“We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like……

“Everything was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. The room was immaculate and a perfect location to get away and still not be too far. ”

“Rooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke. We had ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was falling down. I Askes to be moved to another room which they did without hesitation. But that room was also smelles of stale smoke and also was much cleaner. Will not be staying here on my next visit to Chattanooga”

“The hotel apartment was large, with any amenity available, from a full kitchen with 14 cup coffee maker and great tasting coffee, to high end linens and towels. Very well priced, too.”

“This was our first hotel stay with our 8-month old and we had a great time! We appreciated how much space there was for her to move around and how clean it was. The valet attendants were friendly and the location of the hotel was SO convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, and riverwalk area. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chattanooga!”
