“Employees where pleasant, but wasn’t told that the breakfast in the building was going to be open to purchase breakfast in the morning. But overall it was nice”

“It was okay overall, but definitely not great. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and some of them appeared dirty, with yellow and even blood stains. The room also had a noticeable smell, almost like a damp or unchanged air filter. The hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained. On the positive side, the pool was clean, and I appreciated that. The area itself seemed relatively safe, but there were quite a few homeless……

“Staff, property and bed were great. Room was clean and area is safe. Price was great - $93 with taxes. Shower rod was significantly damaged - only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. I reported the damage to the front desk so hopefully it was repaired today.”

“I found a used fake eye lash sitting on the table as soon as I got in the room. I also found someone's toenail clippings in the bed.”

“Staff were friendly and apartments are spacious. However, if you end up by the elevator you will literally hear the elevator through the walls. Also prepare to get no sleep because of the consistent traffic. The couch was peeling and leaving specks of it all over our clothes so we had to cover it with a sheet. The throw pillows and blankets were so dirty and had an odor. Outside of those things it is a nice place to stay if you are not looking for amenities, windows or tvs in the bedrooms.”

“The front desk lady was so nice and helpful the facility and the room are very clean since it was build only two years ago. You can tell they put some thoughts into the design of the room you rarely see that in same tier hotels here in the U.S.”

“My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey……

“They do have a breakfast bar which is somewhat decent, the hot food mainly consisted of biscuits, smoked sausage, eggs, and some potato’s it stayed the same the entire 3 days, the doors get stuck when you walk in so you have to push them open, our room definitely needed some work and was pretty dirty, room service never brought our trash out once so it was over flowing by day 3, the room also had trash on the floor when we arrived, the couch in our room looked really dingy and could really use a……
