“We enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of beds and the weather was perfect for us to have a bonfire! The wood provided was a little green but burnt well after we got the coals nice and hot. The beach was a quick walk away and a great place to relax and catch some sun. There was plenty of great beach stuff at the house but the umbrella was older and looked broken so we didn't take it. I would rent this house again! “We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down.”

“The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. It’s within a short walk to the National Park and downtown Miller Beach. The neighborhood is fine, pretty secluded, and still close to most attractions.”

“We traveled for a long weekend to attend our son’s state swim meet. It was 20 minutes from this house, but well worth the drive for our family. Nothing fancy, but we slept 8 people (4 adults, and 4 kids ages 6-), and we were able to bring our dogs, as well. It was great to have the safe fenced in backyard for the dogs and a pet friendly property. Joe was a very accommodating host, and was always available if we had a question (the WiFi had to be reset a few times). We would definitely recommend……

“Spent three nights for a visit to the Dunes, drive down to see eclipse and great walks on the beach. The house was perfect for our group of six and puppy. Plusses: Short walk to gorgeous beach! The yard was a perfect place for pup to play and get some energy out. Didn’t use the fire pit or grill but nice to have. Kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals. Beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. Opps: One of the rooms the blinds were not blackout so kids woke up……

“This house was everything we imagined. Peaceful with a fire pit and wood and a very clean hot tub. Large gas grill for dinners. Large kitchen table for game playing and VERY comfortable beds. The hots Jo and James were outstanding. The town lost power very early in the morning and they were there to the recipe with a generator asap so our group could get ready for a funeral in the morning. Super convenient location!
