“Rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was decent. It’s only a 2 story building, so there is no elevator. Not a problem for me, but make sure to get 1st floor if that’s an issue”

“Host did not disclose that the property is supplied by well water until the day before check-in. Said we would need to conserve water down to not flushing the toilet too often. When we arrived the water was visibly dirty, coming out of the faucet brown. The only filter on the water system was rated to remove silt, not any pathogens or contaminants. We decided not to stay, host refused any refund and insisted there was no problem. If there is not continuous testing and proper treatment this water……
