"We loved our stay at the Little Joe cabin on the Pon’erosa in Knoxville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UTK. Kevin and Brandi are great hosts and very responsive. They seem to think of everything. We felt more like guests in their home than as renters of a cabin. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds peaceful. Highly recommend it for a getaway."

"We loved the enclosed deck/porch, hot tub, surrounding trees and woods. We saw deer and enjoyed having coffee/tea on the enclosed deck/porch. The kitchen could use a narrow/small buffet or countertop to add counter space, but we also understand that there is not a lot of space. The owner or manager was very communicative, conscientious, and fast to respond and even sent an instacart delivery to make sure we had soft toilet paper. We would love to come back!"

"I did quite a bit of research to find a very unique location for a mini vacay. And boy Fonz's houseboat was spot on. I had looked for a spot on the water not too far from home (3 hours) since traveling with children. His boat is immaculate and furnished very cool and extremely comfortable, including the beds and bedding. Fonz has thought of everything for his guests. We did not want for anything.
