"Check in is 4pm… our room, as well as many others had to wait. We weren’t able to get a room until 5pm. My friends had to wait up until 7pm! None of the TVs worked. No channels, nothing to watch. It wasn’t just our room our friends had the same issues. We had stayed here many times over the years. I think this was our last. "

I am so thankful to have found a place where I could not only breathe, but feel comfortable and confident in my safety. I will definitely be back!"

"Staff was friendlyyyy. They were all so cool! The hotel is a bit older but they modernized it without taking away its charm. The bed was sooo comfortable & sheets were so soft I was looking for the brand to get them at home! I’ll definitely stay again! "

"Room and entire property was exceptionally clean. Great vibe in both bars. Checkin was flawless. The only think I have to say negative was the hotel entry doors seemed to be inoperative so they were fairly difficult to open and I’m a pretty big dude. Other than that wonderful stay. "This hotel was beautiful with interesting art work, quirky cool things like free arcade games, great fitness equipment, a happy hour, games available to play. It has coffee and tea, no breakfast"

"Decent room, comfy bed and nice sheets. Water pressure in shower could have been better. The only real negative is the location — the train is pretty loud at all hours as are the transients that hang out outside the hotel."
