“Room was ok. Plenty of parking. A/C never got cold so that wasn’t fun. Breakfast good. Shower wasnt clean. Place was ok to rest for the night and travel on.”

“This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. The water temperature is also unpredictable, turning hot when the knob is turned to the cold position and vice versa. Overall, it's a……

“This place is terrible! We had reservation and when we arrived no one was in the office. Then a young woman showed up and said she would be right back, that she had to go pick up her child. When she came back, we ask about a room on the lower floor. She said they had no rooms on the lower floor. She then asked for $40 cash! We ask about our reservation and she yelled at me and said "sorry"but we have none on the lower floor.Two of us are partially disabled. She said she would refund our……

“We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. “This is a dog hotel - with fenced out patios. Location is right next to the main thoroughfare, so be prepared for noise early in the morning. Too expensive for its location. Gravely parking. No breakfast except coffee. Nice staff.”

“I was there for four nights and my room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or wash clothes. The sheets were really thin and pulling off the mattress .Three feet of the vinyl baseboard in my room was peeled off and laying the floor. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The hot tub jets were shooting above the water level. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns and Suites over the years and was always happy with my stay. No more!”
