We really enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and had a wonderful, quiet stay.Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the lake, we still managed to get in the water, and our 6 and 8-year-olds had a blast. “We absolutely loved this quaint cottage. There were so many thoughtful details such as small flashlights on the bedside tables, q-tips in the bathroom, plenty of dishes and cookware, a picnic table to enjoy meals outside and a beautiful view. We felt so comfortable and the property was quiet which we loved. Communication was excellent with the hosts. I would recommend this stay to anyone. We are hoping to come back this fall! ”

“We were just passing through and needed to sleep for the night. We arrived after midnight and left around 9:00am. But my whole family found the cabin so delightful, we wished we could have stayed much longer. It's far nicer than the description and photos suggest.If we ever pass this way again, we'll be sure to book this cabin and plan a longer visit. ”

“Beautiful home with so much to do for all ages, including extra nice touches such as kcups, firewood, etc. This host has thought of everything and makes it easy to feel at home. We played volleyball and horseshoes, kayaked and made s’mores by the fire. There were plenty of indoor games as well. My family had the best time and I highly recommend DeYoung Family Zoo. Coffee on the deck in the morning facing the water was a nice treat as well!”
