“The room was great, but I had difficulty getting ahold of the staff to figure out which room that I was in and what the code was when I arrived. It was very frustrating. There was also a hole burned in the back of the armchair which made the room smell funny.”

“The owner bent over backwards to make our one night stay comfortable and relaxing. The Admirals room was small and a bit difficult to navigate the hallway to the private bath for the visually handicapped but was not a problem otherwise. Breakfast was excellent. If you have a choice I'd stay in the Captains quarters, a larger room.”

“Hong was great. Before you stay give him a call to see what is available. Next time we are going to try to get a cabin right on the river.”

“The hot tub coffee and beds were comfortable. The shower creaked like it was a going to fall through the floor. The elevator wasn't working. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. The view was amazing! I would give this stay a 4.5”

“This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! You will not regret staying here. It’s an adventure, the domes are beautiful on the inside, all the comforts of home, and the view is phenomenal. Better yet, you can bring your dog. I will definitely be back!”

“This property was filthy. I truly don’t believe the sheets were ever changed. There were 3 separate hairs on the pillow cases. The sheets were stained, the floors and countertops were stained and the Hot Tub was gloomy. The manager did apologize and refunded the payment back to Expedia, now I’m awaiting the confirmation back to my credit card.”

“I made our reservations over a month in advance. We arrived and expected to check in at 4:00 pm. The front desk guy made me and a line of guests wait quite some time. His excuse was that there were rooms dumping out. I thought— that didn’t make sense because checkout time is 11 am. Then the same front desk guy put us in a room with an enjoining door. There was a dog that had been barking loudly for hours. So. I requested a 3rd floor room. The bathtub was dirty with hairs in it! I had to ask for……
