“Excellent stay!”

“This beautiful home is the perfect gathering place for families. Very well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. 100% would recommend.”

“Nice house! Host was very informative and accommodating. No issues at all!”

“The cottage was lovely and offered everything one would need for a stay at a "home away from home." The kitchen featured a full-size fridge, Keurig, air fryer, and microwave oven, and enough dishes and utensils for a party of four. Surrounded by farms and located in a semi-rural area, but not far from local wineries and sights, the cottage offered a peaceful respite. The host communicated with us promptly and thoroughly, and we look forward to staying at one of his properties again.”

“The property is wonderful! Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood! And the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor perfect for me and my mother, with super comfy mattresses! Best naps ever! And the rest of the house, yard, amenities, instructions, and neighbors, the best, as we traveled back and forth from our annual Chickahominy powwow! Thanks again and we'll spread the good word too!”

“I did not enjoy knowing we had cameras on us the whole time outside. It felt like we were being watched. I also thought it was uncomfortable having someone at the mailbox right at 10:00, which I know was checkout and we were leaving.”

“We were extremely pleased with this lovely little cottage. The owners were very hospitable and communicative and their property was very clean and had great ambience. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! We chose this home because we recently welcomed a baby and wanted to come home so our families could meet him. This location was the perfect halfway point between our two families, and the home gave us everything we were looking for—a comfortable place where everyone could come visit, spend time together, enjoy the pool and outdoors, and have plenty of room to relax and sit down for meals. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and had more amenities than we……

“The house was very nice . The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. The kids loved the bunk room. All rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was great with all the people we had. Used the grill several times. And loved the dock.We took large floats and put over ,also had our boat tied up. The current is very strong. We had a great vacation.”

“Our family of four loved our stay at the Moss Side Manor house. The house was very comfortable and we loved the historic furnishings. The farm setting was very interesting. We saw the farm manager feeding the cows and he kindly gave us an impromptu lesson on the farm and area properties. The house was also close to several restaurants and a short drive to Williamsburg. All in all a great visit. Highly recommended.”

“We came out for a NASCAR race in Richmond. The location was perfect, less than 30 minutes from the track. The property is beautiful as is the house. It was a perfect size for our group of six. The master suite with that double shower was phenomenal!!! It was so convenient to have the Food Lion next door. There is a lot to do on the property. It was pretty hot outside when we were here so we didn’t do any of the outdoor activities but would have loved to try the frisbee golf! Our host provided……
