“The room we stayed in was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. However, we experienced less than professional and disrespectful snarky service from Daniela at the front desk. One evenings after dinner I asked for new keys to our room, I made three attempts to the room to unlock the door and the keys didn’t work. After the third trip I was quite displeased and let her know I didn’t appreciate the run around and she was snarky and disrespectful. I have spoken to……

“Very clean, quaint and enjoyable. We are accustomed to a mini fridge and microwave so it was inconvenient not to have these. The breakfast was delicious, but unattended, French toast burning on the bottom, no catsup, no syrup, hot coffee ran out, no decaf, all creamer ran out, no one attending it, blaring music in the morning restaurant, when asking about it we were told it could be loud or off. Soaking tub was outside was 8/10 no jets. ”

“There are lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel is close to I -25. Breakfast was good, the staff person was very helpful and attentive. We found our bed to be too soft, we reported this and they plan to have it checked. ”
