“Nice”

“Called 3 times requesting an early check in as we were in town for a wedding. Said they would call by 1:00 and never did. We just chose to show up and try to check in and all our paperwork and keys were ready so we felt ignored and not prioritized. Also unfortunate that their pool bar opens at 4:00 and not sooner for those enjoying the amenities during the daytime. Hotel room we stayed in took almost 5 minutes for hot water and the tub clogged and didn’t drain properly. Unplugged my hair……

“The room was OK. The property was soaking only the stuff on the front desk. It was terrible”

“Stayed two nights on vacation. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable during our vacation. The room was super clean and the breakfast was very good. Great yogurt bar. Staff was excellent and nice. Overall very good.”

“It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!”
