The staff are genuinely friendly and always smiling. Eduardo the reserve concierge went above and beyond our expectations and he made our short stay extra special. Our concierge, Eduardo, was amazing! He went over and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Everyone at La Perla was friendly and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent too.

We loved this resort, beautiful rooms and great food. Staff is above any I have experienced. Only issue was that our outdoor hot tub didn’t work. They did come to work on it, but I was unable to use it for two days .
