“Property is as advertised, wonderful place to stay and has all the basic amenities you need for a week. Pool was a huge plus as the seaweed made the beach unacceptable. “Beautiful home! The house is cozy and it is nice and cool in all rooms, even common areas which is not typical for homes by the beach. Ivonne was a great host and very responsive. She even met us at the house to show us around. The home was very clean and even had cleaning service daily. We were able to pre-order groceries which was nice to not have to do when we arrived. The only downfall, but not the biggest deal for us was the sargasso. But it’s everywhere in playa so not much anyone can do...

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Shalimar! The space is exactly as the description and pictures show. Three nicely equipped villa's around a giant, multi level pool with a swim up bar. Plenty of shallow space safe for younger children (the youngest member of our party was 3) and deeper areas for the stronger swimmers.
