“Disappointed with Grand Princess Riviera/Sunset. Our flight was canceled, causing us to arrive a day late. We got to the resort around 1 AM, had to carry our own luggage up two flights of stairs, and were told an extra night would cost 3 times as much. Staff acted like rooms weren’t available, even though the resort was empty and under construction. We were denied both a refund and the ability to shift our dates. Guests shouldn’t have to cover costs caused by circumstances beyond their control.……

“Lot of pool options and beach is close by … but food was bad and room service is a surcharge unless you get a platinum upgrade. Ended up spending the extra money on room service because of kids but was definitely not worth the cost. Overall very family friendly and friendly staff. But food is a deal breaker for me so it would be difficult to book again ”

“ Vacation in general was great just on the roof staff charge from my credit card double times tips,so need to be careful and when I was checking out they try put tips in my room bills-so totally disagree with it.”
