“Charlie was very helpful in his communication. The cabin is very nice and well stocked (eg fridge had butter and every kind of condiment and medicine cabinet in the bathroom had basic medications!). Was hoping to catch northern lights - wasn’t lucky enough to catch them but this would be a great place to see them from. Nice picture window facing north and no external lights (except those you can turn off). Great view in a relatively dark sky location. ”

“The room was clean and well appointed. We loved the vibe. The only minor issue was that the parking lot was not plowed so there was a few inches of snow in it. We would stay again! ”

“The floors are in desperate need of repair, there is a huge soft spot right by the upstairs door along with what looked like black mold by the windows. The flooring by the fireplace is also soft. Stove didn’t work. It took 3 hours to cook something that should’ve taken 30 minutes. I understand the cottage is in a more rural area, but there were Japanese beetles, spiders and stink bugs everywhere. “What a delightful stay we had at Sandy's cabin. We watched the beautiful Wisconsin river while sitting in the screened porch. We spent time, into the night, sitting around the backyard fire pit. The cabin is beautifully rustic, just as we wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything we needed, and more, was available in the cabin, including some local award winning cheese Sandy left for us. Sandy and her husband stopped by to meet us and brought us some delicious apples. The beds were……

“Was the perfect scene for our Thanksgiving family getaway. The cabin was spacious, clean, and secluded, which was everything we were looking for.
