“The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.”

“Nothing special about this resort definitely not worth your time or money. Upon arrival you’re hit with astronomical “resort fees” expect to pay an insane amount of money when you get there. Nobody can tell you what these hidden fees are STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. One place to eat with reservation only. No night entertainment, beach is disgusting, they “clean” it but not really. Ran out of water so it smelled horrible.”

“Room was spotless & beautiful. Had a very cozy vibe. The staff were amazing, very fast with any requests. The grounds are beautiful. Also had a private pool in our suite. The outdoor shower was great. Did not want to leave here”

“Good stay for a few days at this hotel in Playa del Carmen in early June to decompress after diving both on Cozumel and the cenotes south of Playa. Nice location in the middle of a lot of activity — shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But the room was quiet and not noisy at all. The hotel is a few blocks off the ocean but beach activites this time of year are undermined by seaweed infestation. (The seaweed problem is especially bad south of the Cancun hotel strip to Tulum sometimes beginning as early……
