“Great night sleep. Quiet. Front desk guy was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.”

“The Inn was an older model but it was clean and was just fine for a one night especially at the price. The person at the counter was very friendly and even updated us to 2 Queen beds and a room that hadn’t had pets. Air conditioner was great”

“The bathroom was disgusting, questionable.stains on the shower curtains a d hair everywhere, water stains on the mirror what looked to be mold on the walls in the bathroom, the complimentary shower products was empty. I was very tired when we git in and we checked the sheets and curled into bed it was a very long day, but it was horrid to wake up to that. The only thing updated in that room was the wall ac unit. Everything else was very outdated. Free breakfast was a joke. I had to pay extra……

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“This adorable cottage is so tastefully updated! Every aspect was top notch and high quality. The owners thought of everything and provided such a welcoming vibe filled with extras so many other rentals don't offer. The only thing I couldn't find was a hairdryer.I chose this place based just on photos, and the property is even more lovely. That is rare! We knew nothing about Arrow Rock - what an incredible location and treasure. We were there Monday-Tuesday, so most places except the Visitor……

“Perfect for a getaway to a unique historic home! Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Enjoyed the rodeo weekend at Marshall MO while staying here. About 20 min drive back and forth.”

“The house is updated, modern, and clean, inside and out. There was a very nice patio out back that we enjoyed. Very good assortment of kitchen items. Well stocked. The hosts were great communicator as well. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Marshall.”
