"The hotel was great, close to where we needed to be. The issue was that our credit card was charged multiple times during our stay. The front desk staff did their best to try and sort out what had happened, the rooms were prepaid and we had placed our security deposit. There should not have been any extra charges. The situation is sorted out now but it took a few days and I never heard back from hotel management. Very stressful when you are charged extra fees and provided little explanation as to what happened."

"The Richardson is a magnificent and masterful architectural experience. Vast and captivating to the historically minded. We really enjoyed our stay. We were introduced to the architecture of Buffalo which houses structures that rival those we visited in Europe. Highly recommend for those with the interest. "

"HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS HAD TO BE AT EVENT CENTER AT 7:00 AM. RESTRAUNT FOR DINNER NOT OPEN TILL 4 AGAIN NOT TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE MAJORITY OF GUESTS SCHEDULES WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE."

"I think everything has been updated recently, so the room was top notch! Breakfast was good. If I have anything that I wish was different I would say having to eat breakfast with a large group of young girls who were staying there and they tend to be very active in that space. Most of the seating was taken up both mornings at different hours. I did not have time to experience the bar."
