“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“Breakfast was packed with guests and very little food was available as it was mostly empty. The gym had no visible air flow (ie:fan, ac). The water pressure on the shower was nonexistent. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.”

“The bathroom had been recently renovated and there was industrial glue still on the floor. Ruined our shoes. Asked for another room but they claimed to be full. They tried to mop it but claimed there was nothing they could do. Room should have been cleaned properly before being rented. Made my reservation 2 months in advance. Claimed to not being able to do anything because I booked through Expedia.”

“I generally try to avoid leaving negative reviews, particularly having previously worked in hospitality myself. However, I feel it is only fair to share our experience. We booked this hotel based on the Marriott name, but it quickly became apparent that this was a very basic budget hotel, and unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The Good Our bedroom, although basic, was clean. The location is also a definite plus, being only a five-minute walk from the town centre. The Not So Good On……

“Clean rooms. Good place for dogs. Not much on the breakfast”

“The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. It’s right next to the outlet mall. Also close to Frankenmuth. Will definitely stay here again”

“The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom! The gym equipment, treadmill and bike did not work. The front desk attendant was rude and acted as if it was a burden to check us in. Refused to provide the military discount…stating it took too much time. Just not a great experience. Has the potential to be a great hotel if rooms were cleaned and staff at least acted like they wanted to be there.”

“It was a nice quiet place and good pricing. Only odd thing was vending machines where completely empty. Other than that everything was really good.”

“The inn was under renovation so the outside looked nothing like the picture on Expedia. There were some cobwebs in the bathroom and the shower barely had water coming out.”
