"We loved our stay here, the house was perfect for our group, which was a mix of parents and teens. All the decks gave everyone a space to hang out and enjoy the views. The beach access was a bit difficult so make plans to pack a bag and walk a block or two if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all we had a great visit and were very pleased with the home!"

"This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. The beds and linens were so comfortable and provided the comfort for a great nights sleep! We brought our kids and close family friends to get away for my son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed the spa, game room, and really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Our youngest thoroughly enjoyed the basketball court! I literally could not say enough...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had 6 adults and the house was spacious with great seating indoors and outdoors. Very nice furnishings. We enjoyed the views and the fire pit as well as the barbecue grill. The only concern we had was the room with the bunk beds is not suitable for 2 adults as the top bunk was inaccessible with the type of ladder for an adult to climb. Would recommend possibly replacing with 2 twin beds. There was also a comment that beds were a bit soft in other bedrooms....

"There were 16 of us staying at the house preparing for a Wedding Party. We had plenty of room to host an additional 40 people for dinner and dancing. The house was perfect, communication with the property manager was wonderful and the view/grounds were spectacular. We would highly recommend Alta Vista!"

A primary reason we selected this property was because the listing stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms + 2 roll away beds.
