“Our extended family spends a week at Lake Oconee every year. We have rented quite a number of homes over the years trying to find that one home that suits our needs the best. This home, and hosts, Steve and Lana, have won our hearts. We love the location, caught some huge catfish, and spent hours out on the lake, unwinding in the evenings relaxing in the spa and screened porch. Good times…will be returning!”

“Overall the stay was very nice. There was a small issue with the A/C which the host discovered (from remote NEST access) and the repair was done the next morning already - Thank you! The initial notification with the check-in information did not get through (I wonder if that's an issue with VRBO, because that happened the second time to us) The location is not the nicest area of Athens (that would likely be south of the city center), but it close to the center. Thanks a lot!”

“Home was in great location for our golf trip. Most courses within 2 miles. Plenty of space for 8 adults, all having our own beds. Great recreation area and hot tub after golf. Plenty of kitchen space to cook our dinners. Publix was only 5 miles away. Only negative being we could not get stoves in main kitchen to work and pollen covered all of outside furniture. Would highly recommend and stay there again.”

Home was clean and well appointed in the kitchen and baths, laundry, and the dock provided rest and relaxation while watching our grandchildren swim.
