"Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The room on the other hand was not, moldy roof in the bathroom, main door had a huge gap(opening) so I could hear the television from the next room, floor was sticky due to the automatic spray in the room. Also I left at 5:30 am and so did a lot of others and there was no breakfast."

"after check in we tried to shower and there was no hot water available in the bathroom. even after letting the water run for 10 minutes the temperature was the same. I asked the desk clerk about it and there was little to no reaction or any action to inspect the issue or call a maintenance person to correct the issue. wont be coming back to this hotel. "

Front desk lady was very helpful, but the lack of response from the manager when I needed to change my room type was disappointing. I understand running a tight ship, but if you don’t give your staff authority, then you need to be available to make decisions. "

"Staff is always attentive and accommodating to my needs. The facility is dated but rooms always clean and bed comfortable. As a single woman, I'm always given a room close to the office which makes me feel safe. Price is very fair for the accommodation. I recommend it for an overnight stay."
