The food here was phenomenal. We kept seeing that people were saying the food was hit or miss. The breakfast buffet, and every single restaurant was phenomenal! Drinks are good, not watered down, and plenty of variety. The room could have been cooler, but overall it was clean and welcoming. Housekeeping did break my hair straightener without an apology or even acknowledgment. Don't try to upgrade your room when you get there, it is 3x more expensive than it would have been if we booked from the beginning on here.

Everything about this place was a 10/10. The staff was immaculate, they were all super friendly and the service was on point. I even extended my stay another day because I didn’t want to leave. Every restaurant is great and the buffet always had good options. The activities everyday were fun and entertaining. They put on a show just about every night which were all insanely good and when there isn’t a performance; there is an event. The beach was so close by and yes there is a bit of seaweed but it is the ocean so of course there is going to be some. The drinks were really good especially in the nightclub and I highly recommend doing their water aerobics class. Overall I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This resort was amazing. I would stay here again. The swim out room was lovely. The food was decent and so were the drinks. The activities were fun. The only complain would be the seaweed at the beach, its so much seaweed that it stinks but we were told the sister beach next door, which we had access to had a better beach but we just stayed at the pool. Overall, excellent experience.

The room service food was not good. Pillows are hard. Beach is dirty. Front desk don't have much knowledge. Housekeeping doesn't change your sheets when asked, they literally just flipped the sheets when we got to the room, the reason i know is because I saw the same stain. Day activities are boring. Snack bars don't have enough food. No cafes. They always serve tacos and burgers on day time. They don't have enough staff. We dined in on one of their restaurants and chef's special was a popcorn and a piece of lobster put in a soup. Never seen that before. Yoga was great tho. Night shows are good.

Property dirty, lobby awaits you with broken and dirty furniture. Beach full of seaweed not being properly clean. Food main buffet dark and dirty, drinks completely water down. No towels or napkins anywhere to be found in property. Swimming pools far away from beach. Pls be mindfull to look at reviews before going to this property.

Rooms where nice some updating needed. Premium drinks or bar drinks are not premium liquor more like water down liquor. Restaurants where ok not great. Buffet was great! Had to pay $75 bucks for a bottle of wine not knowing that if u drink a couple glasses and if waiter ask if u want to take the rest u will have to pay for whole bottle? The ocean was dirty with seaweed and large rocks. Overall the place is ok The housekeeping Melanie was the best and Isreal that works with luggage transport.

The pool bars close at 6 and the pools close at 8. It’s an adult only all inclusive resort that’s a little ridiculous! Smoking sections are few and far between, literally. You have to walk (at least 50 yards) from any pool or bar to smoke. Food on the buffet is cold more times than not no matter if it’s breakfast lunch or dinner. They monitor everything like it’s a crime to be in a pool past 8pm, if you’re not out by 8, at 8:05 security will be there to get you out! The 9 star hibachi grill you must wear a three piece suit or a tux to get in. 👎👎

If you're a smoker do not stay at this property The smoking area's are absolutely terrible They're uncomfortable and unwelcoming one dosen't even have any furniture the other one is a concrete bench I'm not kidding The lounging chairs at the pool are dirty they need a good cleaning Checking into the resort was a challenge they say check in is at 3pm well we arived at 12:30 and we didn't get our room keys until 3:30 There's no reall furniture in the room for clothing storage just a closet for hanging clothes a couple of shelves and a couple of tiny drawers in the closet where the safe is asking for hangers is weird if you ask any of the staff directly for hangers they redirect to to call the department directly yourself After traveling numerous hours and a delay with checking in as a traveler it would have been nice not to manage that small task myself it would have been an easy request for the front dest and the bellhop The property likes to say its 5 star but that's far from 5 star hospitality The foods just ok Over all the resort looks tired

My first time at an all-inclusive and the staff at this resort made it a super enjoyable experience! The food is great and I love that there are no reservations needed (with the exception of the teppanyaki experience, which was super quick and easy to book). Staff is very attentive and kind. Drinks were amazing as well! Highly recommend getting a swim out room for extra luxury and comfort.

Platinum was okay, not the best that I’ve seen. We had an issue with check in and rooms etc. The staff isn’t knowledgeable. The second room had a tub faucet that was leaning to the side. The shower leaked into the vanity area and ants all on the balcony. The beach was extremely rocky and so much seaweed that we had to walk to get in the water at the next resort.
