“Nice flat and cannot fault it at all. The dining room table really only seats 3 comfortably so having dinners in the flat for more people is probs a bit difficult but for breakfast it was more than enough. Given the location it’s obviously a little bit noisy but that’s just central London. Closing the windows helps 😊 Communication with the host was PERFECT. Really kind and quick to answer any questions. Will book again! ”

“Appartement is goed ingericht en ruim. Op zich een fijne plek. Echter was het niet erg schoon en was er wat achterstallig onderhoud oa. Badkamer. De vering was door alle matrassen te voelen en waren dus echt aan vervanging toe. Het zit in een deel van Camden waar veel jongeren komen en uitgaan. Hierdoor dus wel een beetje rumoerig. Qua locatie ten opzichte van bus en metro ligt de accommodatie heel gunstig. Beiden liggen op steenworp afstand wat fijn is. ”

“Property was well equipped and has fantastic views across the city from the upstairs lounge. It was very quiet at night especially considering its proximity To the main streets which were noisy with traffic earlier in the evening. Our main criticism was the very poor condition of the window catches on most of the opening windows (handles were literally falling off) and the one sofa which was quite tatty. All in all it was a very good stay - just requires some maintenance. ”

“Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. ”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. “Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor. ”

“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise.
