"Greg’s place is a fantastic value if you’re attending a Gator game! The location makes the drive to the stadium on game easy- we didn’t encounter much traffic and easily got a Lyft. Greg is an enthusiastic host excited to share his history and artwork on arrival. He brought us citrus from his grove and best of all, let us use his bikes to ride down to the lake. "Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so we were very happy that there were so many places to sit out there. The adjective cheery is appropriate. We would definitely stay here again!"
