"Everything was pretty good inside the property but we noticed we had to take a golf cart to go to the beach and the beach was too crowed, it didn't feel exclusive, we only went there one time, the other bad experience was when we came back from our excursion, they dropped us off at another hotel lobby and almost all the golf carts were out of power so we had to wait a long time. "The resort was beautiful. The food was great, lots of variety. The only negative is that apparently they have the worse beach as a river runs through it. The water is dirty. Also for English speaking people, they only play Spanish music at the clubs and at pool side activities. We asked to be moved to another resort as the beach is what we came for. "
