“Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. Only……

“We stayed in the 2br/2ba room. Rough drywall patches throughout some of the rooms with bent towel racks, towel holders that had been pulled out of the wall and reassured without sanding or paint. Felt like the tenants had just been evicted. Worst couch I’ve sat on in an apartment. You sunk to the couch frame. Check-in code was wrong and couldn’t get in for 25 minutes and not a single apology. Email did t resolve and that don’t answer messages on their DM board.”

“This little space is what we needed for our quick stay in Philly. If you don't like skinny stairways, this isn't for you. Alberto is a great host with excellent communication.”

“This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️”

“Front desk was super nice, but the place itself was gross. Smelled bad, chewed gum on the couch cushions. Didn’t look clean. Initially on Expedia it said there was a shuttle to the airport but that isn’t true.”

“Great location and very clean. The couch is very broken down and uncomfortable and the deck furniture has seen better days, but overall was great! May I suggest some bedside lamps for reading so the overhead lights don't have to be on all of the time. Close to lots of restaurants and SEPTA station. Loved sitting out on the balcony!”

“We had a great experience. Qi was very helpful and kind. The place was in a wonderful location with lots to do in walking distance, we didn’t drive all weekend! The only thing was I wish the tv was in the bedroom, but it was okay, it gave us an opportunity to not be on our screens. Would 10/10 come back and recommend! Thanks Qi!!”

“Great place. Easily walkable to a lot of Old City. Parking can be a chore. The first night I parked 15 min away but the next three nights just a couple minutes away.”
